Haha! As of today I ment my 20lbs goal! I am down 20.2 lbs! I changed my goal now, to be down 13.2 lbs in 45days.

Well as of today I am 1 lb away from my 1st 20 lb loss!!!! Again. lol. By Monday I woudl really like to be down taht if not more. That would ba a 4lb loss since last Monday.

I am back down the weight that I gained last week - and back to 27 points. I am SO going to break this rut this week! No more talking, only doing!

My mini goal is to loose 4lbs by next WI, which is Monday.

My workout goals are as follows:
*Run all of my scheduled runs this week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday)
*Walk every work day at lunch for 3.5 miles
*Strength train 5 days this week (Monday - Friday) No excuses!!!!

I am in the 27 point range too! I gained a little and then went down. I know you can shake things up and keep going!

There must be somethign abou tthe magic 27 point range - because YET AGAIN I GAINED 3 LBS. Seriously now. UGH. I need to break it this week. I changed my goal to reflect my initial 20lb mini-goal. The next is 20lb as well. Hmmm... maybe I'll make my next mini goal 10lbs. Oh well - such is life, right?

Alright - I am back after some travelling for work. In 3 weeks or so I will be heading to Mexico for a week. W00t!

I gained 3 lbs last weigh in, but am back down 3.4, so I am pretty happy! I still really need to stay on plan. Every time I hit the 27 poibnt mark I gain, at 28 I looses. I am thinking it is all mental with me, as when I am allowed 27 points, I alway overeat points... hmmmmm...

Something that i helping is hitting the gym 3-5 days a week. And that is for strength training. I also am running around 3-4 days a week - 3-5 miles a go.

This week is my turning point week. I am starting training for my races, so I really need to keep up with the weight loss. It is 0 weeks until my Half Marathon in chiago - so I would theoretically like to be down 20lbs. I am now going to change my goal to reflect this mini goal. and then I will do another one until I hit my final goal weight.

Yippee! I am back down from my temporary weight gain of 2lbs.. in fact I weigh less today than I have all year! :) I went from 234 to 218 in about 1.5 months. 16lbs gone baby! My goal for monday's official weigh in is to be down to 217 or 216. then I need to keep on with about 2lbs a week from here on out. ;) That means dieat and exercise - and a lot of the latter!

I hope that all are doing well these days!

I am almost back down teh 2 lbs I gained over the weekend! There is still hope for me to be down an additional 2 lbs by Monday's weigh-in. I need to maintain a 2lb loss in order to hit my goals. I will take this past weekend as a lesson learned!

Things are going well so far, I went tot he doctor today and I am down only 5 pounds from last Friday. I wasn't even thinking about being fully dressed at the doctors so I thought I was losing more than I was! lol Leave it to me, I can be a bit silly sometimes. So anyway, I am happy with 5 pounds though in one week. I will weigh in with him again next Friday and post my new weight then! I am aiming for another 5 pounds!

Well after a little gain, I am back down - this time even further by .4 lbs. ;) My next official WW weigh in is MOnday the 14th. Wish me luck! My goal is to be down another 3 lbs then.

Things are goign GREAT with teh C25K. I am in week 4 now. So far so good! Not many if any issues. ;) I cannot wait to start getting intot eh even longer runs (right now I am in 3 and 5 minute intervals).

Down 15lbs! Almost done with week 3 of C25K... on May 21st I start in with my actual half-marathon training, so that will be on week 6, so during the week I will do the C35k because I will be running 3 miles at a time for a while. It all work out! ;)

Keeping steady on teh weight loss - always makes me happy! I am goign to start splitting up my workouts however - running in the morning before work, then strength training in the evenings with Mike. ;) Looking forward to this!

How excited am I? Down 13 lbs so far! 9 of which is from WW. Niiice.

We went out last night, even went to my favorite mexican food chain - On The Border. I was good - had 12 chips and Salsa (3 points), Grilled chicken with grilled veggies, added extra pico de gallo, and had 2 drinks at the club.

All in all I did pretty good! ;) Today is supposed to get warmer, so I will clean a little, and flat out relax. Maybe head out for a run if the weather holds out.
