Woot!
My mini goal is to loose 4lbs by next WI, which is Monday.
My workout goals are as follows:
*Run all of my scheduled runs this week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday)
*Walk every work day at lunch for 3.5 miles
*Strength train 5 days this week (Monday - Friday) No excuses!!!!
I gained 3 lbs last weigh in, but am back down 3.4, so I am pretty happy! I still really need to stay on plan. Every time I hit the 27 poibnt mark I gain, at 28 I looses. I am thinking it is all mental with me, as when I am allowed 27 points, I alway overeat points... hmmmmm...
Something that i helping is hitting the gym 3-5 days a week. And that is for strength training. I also am running around 3-4 days a week - 3-5 miles a go.
This week is my turning point week. I am starting training for my races, so I really need to keep up with the weight loss. It is 0 weeks until my Half Marathon in chiago - so I would theoretically like to be down 20lbs. I am now going to change my goal to reflect this mini goal. and then I will do another one until I hit my final goal weight.

How is it going with the C25K program?

We went out last night, even went to my favorite mexican food chain - On The Border. I was good - had 12 chips and Salsa (3 points), Grilled chicken with grilled veggies, added extra pico de gallo, and had 2 drinks at the club.
All in all I did pretty good! ;) Today is supposed to get warmer, so I will clean a little, and flat out relax. Maybe head out for a run if the weather holds out.
